About Us
Capital Property Maintenance Ltd began life in Braintree, Essex in 2010 and was founded by Jason Grunwell, Ian McConalogue and Michael Stapleton (retired). The current management team have a combined experience in the building services industry of over 60 years and the two founding directors are still actively involved in the company today. We pride ourselves as ‘Hands-on Directors’ providing a personal level of service.
Our reputation for providing a first class service has grown along with our substantial client base. Please take a look at our portfolio of our ever growing client base.
With an annual turnover in excess of £2.9M our client portfolio includes major national companies in commercial lettings and estate management, IT, and leisure among others. While our dedicated contract managers operate across London, headquarter activities are run from our office in Witham, Essex.
